Data Use Agreement (staff / researchers)
Access to the individual-record Limited Data Set (city-tier geography, dates, and pseudonymous Subject identifiers) and to any raw/staff export requires a vetted account and click-through acceptance of the current Data Use Agreement. By accepting the DUA a researcher agrees to use the data solely for approved research, to make no re-identification attempt, and not to redistribute it; that acceptance is recorded and audit-logged. Visitors browsing the public aggregate catalog do not need the DUA — only the acknowledgment below.
